Return Policy

We will gladly exchange or credit your timely return of unaltered, unworn merchandise when it is presented in salable condition with the original vendor packaging and tags. We cannot exchange or credit altered, customized or personalized items. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

To return merchandise purchased at Richard Harris store

Please save your receipt. If you wish to exchange or return a purchase, your receipt will make it faster to receive credit. In most instances, we can verify purchases made on a store account or third-party charge account with our receipt lookup system.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with your receipt to any Richard Harris store or by mail.

Specific merchandise return policies may also apply. We reserve the right to refuse any return. ID may be required.

You may return any items purchased at at Richard Harris stores. Please note we cannot accept returns at our outlet stores. See “To return merchandise purchased at a Richard Harris store” above for details. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns via Mail

A refund for merchandise returned within 14 days from the date of sale will be issued in the original form of payment. Returns after 14 days from placing an order will NOT be accepted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
